SEOUL, August 24 (Korea Bizwire) Travel agencies offer so-called “value travel” packages to attract customers in their twenties and thirties and to strengthen activities related to the environment, social and governance (ESG).

Yellow Balloon Tour has launched a “1 Day Tour + 5 Day Free” travel package in Hawaii.

The package takes travelers to Kualoa Ranch, where the movie “Jurassic Park” was filmed, to try out various experiential programs like cleaning a hale, a traditional Hawaiian hut, and harvesting kalo, Hawaiian taro.

Travelers will stay at a resort hotel that plants trees on the island of Oahu with a carbon tax fund and minimizes unnecessary waste of resources by replacing linens and towels only when there is a demand from the customer.

Hana Tour has launched a five-day volunteer program in Laos, which takes place in the capital Vientiane and Vang Vieng, a holiday destination.

On the first day of the program, participants will shop for volunteer items at a local mall. On the second day, they will visit a small primary school located in a slum in Vang Vieng.

Attendees will hang out with local students, teach them about sanitation, draw murals and play “market games,” as well as hand out donations brought by Hana Tour.
