Special Tour Packages From Ongole To Shaivite Temples – The New Indian Express

ONGOLE: The Ongole Region of Andhra Pradesh State Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has announced organized trips for pilgrims to all five Shaivite temples in the state for Karthika Masam. The tour package will cover the Pancharamas: Amararamam to Amaravati, Somaramam to Bhimavaram, Ksheeraramam to Palakollu, Bhimaramam to Drakasharamam and Kumararamam to Samalkota.

“The price for the Pancharama tour has been set at Rs 2,000 per person. Pilgrims also have the option of reserving an entire bus or individual seats as per their convenience. The full day tour will be available from Ongole every Monday from Karthika Masam and will run on October 30, November 6, 13 and 20. Pilgrims will return to Ongole the next morning (Tuesday),” Dr Srinivasa, Ongole RTC Depot Manager. Rao explained.

Ongole RTC authorities have also made arrangements to organize a special tour package (ultra luxury bus services) to Arunachalam (Tiruvannamalai) from Ongole on 6th, 13th and 20th November and will return after darshan to Tiruttani, Siva Kanchi, Vishnu Kanchi, Tiruvannamalai and Kanipakam Temples. Special Sabarimala tour packages can also be booked every year.

“Special bus services with Super Luxury, Ultra Deluxe and Palle Velugu models for groups of Sabarimala travelers and individuals on a rental basis will also be made available. They will depart from Ongole on 26, 28, 30 November, 2, 5, 8, 10, 15, 18, 25, 29, 2, 6 and 11 January 2023. Pilgrims going to Sabarimala can contact one of the managers RTC filing or contact the RTC Information Center for more details,” the official said.

RTC announces bus services from Krishna to Pancharama Kshetras

Services from all RTC depots in Krishna district to visit Pancharama Kshetras during Karthika Masam will be provided, said G Nageswara Rao, Public Transport Officer of APSRTC (Krishna Region). Buses will operate from Machilipatnam, Avanigadda, Gudivada, Vuyyuru and Gannavaram depots. About 50 buses will be operated from different parts of the district to transport devotees to Manginapudi Beach on Kartika Pournami
