Golf tour operator donates to Pattaya orphanage

Golf tour operator Golfasian stepped in to help children in Pattaya in need. Golfers in Thailand this week for the Gulfasian Men’s Open in Pattaya and other competitions have now donated 18,200 baht to the Pattaya Orphanage. The orphanage wrote an update on their website on September 7…

“Representatives of Golfasian Co., Ltd., Bangkok, for again supporting the children of the Pattaya Orphanage, this time following the organization of the Pattaya Men’s Open Golf Championship by Golfasian, with a donation for the education of our school-aged children Thank you and best wishes to all involved.

According to its website, the Pattaya orphanage is currently caring for around 160 orphaned children and young adults. Children and young people range from newborns to college-aged students.

The orphanage aims not only to provide the children with a place to live and possibilities of adoption, but also a job once they have finished their studies.
